There has made it easy to take a screenshot of your avatar with ThereCam! Here is a tutorial to help you make the most of
your ThereCam, and take a great picture of your avatar!
Step 1 - Choose a photo album location
By choosing a location for your photo album, you will know exactly where to look to find your favorite there photos. I
recommend creating a ThereCam folder in your My Photos folder or anywhere else you keep your There files. Then,
create additional folders inside the ThereCam folder every time you have a new photo shoot. This way, all your photos are organized
and you won't have to spend hours searching for that one specific photo on your hard drive!
1. Click on the blue button There, located at the bottom left corner of your screen. Go up the
menu and click on ThereCam, and then click on Photo Album Location...
2. Choose a location where you want to save your screenshots. In our example, we choose the My Pictures folder in
the My Documents folder. With the folder My Pictures selected, click on the button that says Make New
Folder.
3. Name your folder ThereCam and press the Enter key.
4. With the new folder ThereCam selected, click on the button that says Make New Folder.
5. Give the name of the folder a meaningful name that has to do with the photos you are about to take.
Click on the OK button.
You're photo album folder is now created and selected!

Step 2 - Setting the photos size
ThereCam offers many different dimensions that you can save your photos with. Just keep in mind that the larger the file
size, the more space it will take on your computer. Screen Size will probably take the most space if you are running There
fullscreen. Here are screenshots of the different dimensions available:
800 x 600
640 x 480
320 x 240
160 x 120
The screenshots themselves are of satisfactory quality and different sizes will suit different purposes. If you want some
nice pictures of you and your friends, choose 800 x 600. If you just want a screenshot of your avatar's face for your
profile picture, 160 x 120 works great.
1. Click on the blue button There, located at the bottom left corner of your screen. Go up the
menu and click on ThereCam, click on Photo Size, then click on the
photo dimension of your choice.
You are now ready to start taking pictures of anything you want!

Step 3 - Taking pictures
Everything has been set up for you to take pictures and all you have to do is click away. When you take screenshots, There
automatically removes nametags located at the top of the screen, as well as menus at the bottom of your screen.
1. To take a photo, click on the blue button There, located at the bottom left corner of your
screen. Go up the menu and click on ThereCam, and click on Take Photo Now.
ThereCam saves the photo you just took in the folder you specificed in Step 1 and with the dimensions
you specified in Step 2.
There is also a shortcut available so that you don't have to go to the menu everytime you want to take a screenshot!
2. To take a photo without the menu, hold down the keys CTRL + SHIFT + C, all at the same time.

Taking a profile picture of your avatar
1. With the instructions in Step 1, choose the folder in which you would like to save the
screenshot you will take for your There profile.
2. Profile pictures are 135 x 95 in size, so select 160 x 120 for your photo size. If you are unhappy with
the photo quality, feel free to pick any other dimension. When you upload your picture to There In Person, your photo will be
automatically resized to fit your There profile perfectly!
3. Change your View to Face Mirror. To do this, click on Views on the buttom blue menu bar,
and then click on Face Mirror.
4. Press down the keys CTRL + SHIFT + C all at the same time to take a picture of your avatars face!
If you want, you can type or click on an emote, such as 'Smile, wait for the bubble to disappear, and then take the
screenshot! An emote that is perfect for profile pictures is ID. Try it out!
Your avatar's profile picture has now been taken and is ready to upload to There In Person!
